Sadly that true. Here (Bulgaria) corruption is everywhere. It's simply part of absolutely everything from healthcare, politics, education, construction works and so on >.<
In general trying to rival other countries is a good thing provided you have the capacity to do that not just concentrate all your resources and be better only at one thing while you suck and everything else . But yeah, sounds like they aren't prepared for that higher level of education. Still it's pretty damn high xDD

lol I've been very lax in my uploading... I was a gamer before I was an anime lover and lately I've been feeling very happy after playing some good games. I managed to get my hands on Megaman x5 and thousand arms so I've been indulging myself in these old but great games. I have a lot to play xD I'm not sure when but I'll probably stop uploading for a good time. Not soon though maybe next year xD It'll be bad if I just leave my responsibilities toward SH and other sites that I upload after only a few months.

However in Fourth gen I haven't bothered much so I'll probably stay beaten. That too, lol. Making signatures, for me, took some time, but in the end they all looked the same. Sure, I had those moments where some of my signatures looked way better than others, but eh. It wasn't consistent. Monotonic, indeed. Maybe when I get back into signature making, maybe my senior year of high school, I'll try to find my own style.

Yes, I may be wrong in saying this, but I believe it's talent that's gone to waste. It's only my opinion, though. Our situations are actually really similar, especially with the avatars. It's the same with my signature, as well. I've also loved gaining feedback, be it good or bad because they tell me how much I've improved, but now, eh.. It's nothing now. I don't even have contact with my old buddies back in some forum who made signatures so I can't have something flashy for this forum.
Well, it can't be helped. Hopefully I will make the right choice and things will work out.

It sucks, doesn't it? That's the same thing that happened to me, lol. Lost all motivation to make signatures. I always used to make signatures for my former forum and online buddies, but now.. I just use it to crop my avatars for forums.
Yeah, the renders there were great in my opinion. And yeah, was. Now I don't use it as much since I don't have the time to do so.
My major is mechanical. But i'm having second thoughts about it since i heard that it will be 8am-5pm daily. This would surely interfere with my current project. >.<
Ah, I found it somewhere inside animerender.net while I was looking for renders for Photoshop since I was an avid user back then making signatures. -
