Meh, it's normal to gain weight during christmas. You eat tons of food after all. But most of the time you gain weight depending on how often you eat instead on how much you eat. If you split the food into several times during the day you'll have a higher chance to keep your normal weight than what you have if you eat as much as you can one time each day :3
