you just need to mount it the iso and run it through this emulator it works well.
rom or iso is just a format a games can made into
both can be played on the pc if you have an emulator for said game.
for ps2 download the emulator
for iso's its better to burn them or mount them on a virtual drive.

But yeah Most if not ALL anti-virus see cracks as Virus or something like that. It has happend to me before while Downloading and installing a crack for MASS EFFECT 3 and Skyrim.
You should have stopped your pc right there.. Welllllll Only if it was a trusted site. Because if your anti-Virus picks it up.. and deletes it.. Your done for >.>
