Oh~, Hi Will. Finally became a full-time slave~. Here's a tip from a retired S-mod in this board, try to ignore minor offenses to growing threads outside of the DDL section. Helps give the community a friendly atmosphere towards staff. Or you could bark a lot, your choice ;) If you must, PMing them would be better then public announcements, saves the embarrassing feeling.
This is just how I did things to win the people's heart. Sacrifices strictness and forum control by a bit. What you decide to do is up to you of course.
