Same. Locale Emulator didn't work, and changing locale to Japanese won't let me read the test either. Anyone know a solution?

It worked perfectly fine for me. What setting do you use ?

For me, i just use control panel and change all my region setting to japanese

I only change the non-unicode language
should I also change the format too?

BTW I also found that running the shortcut using agth also work
use /R code
