I can't imagine them keeping it unavailable forever, though. Hopefully they might rerelease it as a deluxe edition at some point in the future. I would have bought it but I literally learned about it a day after the sale event. Then again, there's always the chance that someone in Japan might crack it. I don't know nearly enough about that scene to know the first places to look, though.

But there are plenty of cases in which it was only a timely deal and then those extra dlc disappeared for the legit consumer :/

This kind of thing was done for Mesu Ochi 4 and I still haven't seen anyone release the DLC, nor do I know where to buy a DLC card (and ship it overseas). The official site for that game says that they're going to sell the DLC after the period for entering codes is over, but I haven't found any info on when that might be almost a year later...

Crowd and Anim aren't really known for exclusive data deals, though. If no one that bought it in Japan or elsewhere comes forward, I'd be leaning towards seeing it being offered again as part of a collection pack. Right now a leak from Japan seems our best hope.

Crowd had the Gold Box deal a few years ago, and Anim might end up doing something similar.

Part of me wonders if there's any chance of getting some of the games localized again like in the old days with Jast/Crowd.
