I can't install, it asked for the serial which I copy and paste the above serial in. First time with "-" and second without "-", both failed though. It asked for 11 digit/alpha code or something? but this serial seems too long for that. So what do I do?

I can install fine but when I start game it won't start. the load crack is in the folder I double click and it flashed prompted something. but load bar goes to about half way then it fails.
