I think you should edit your post, It may cause some misunderstanding. Unfortunately there is no animated sprites in this game. There is only animated h-scenes, other graphics are same as standard eroges.

I first saw this E-mote thing from Witch's Garden, a game that was developed from the very same brand (i.e. Windmill Oasis), but only the stands moved but not the CGs. And there was no lite edition back then.

P.S. Other games may have animations, but most of them are just movies (i.e. CHEATING!!), not transformations from fixed graphics like what's done by E-mote.

But didn't a game recently releases by light had the E-mote in the CG's as well? But I guess my memory still works. Thanks for the remainder.

You're correct. Harukaze was supposed to be released the same date the game from Light was, but it didn't have that much animated CGs. So Windmill Oasis had to postponed the release date of Harukaze in order to add animations to the H-CGs, or it might look worse compared with the Light game in terms of richness of animations (how good is the plot is another story though).

On the other hand, PULLTOP's recent FD for "Kono Oozora ni..." have animations too, but they are ALL MOVIES!

It never occurred to me that one reason is also because there is dick measuring contests between companies. And I thought we had that by the crapload already in other industries...I am disappoint.

Yeah I know that feeling, I was also expecting e-mote in this because their lastest 2 games (Witch garden - Happiness remake) had great e-motes, even though I have never seen any animated sprites for this game, not even in its opening. But sadly no, this time there are only animated h-scenes. I guess they thought that having 0 e-mote would make people mad and decided to just add for h-scenes.

Well, of course, they never mentioned that it was due to competitions ("received strong wishes from players" to add the animations, they said), but it would have surely caused great disappointment to its customers if no animations had been added to the new game, as people have already got reasonable expectations for this after previous E-mote enabled titles from the brand.

Lesson: don't be so lazy, or you will surely lose your customers (a.k.a. money)!!

Well I guess I can see why now this game might not be in the top 10 most sold this november...That is the problem when you raise the bar too high. Every next time you either have to match it or do at least as good as last time. This month Windmill will receive the wag of the finger from all their fans. Mine included although I am a little old school since my favorite of their games was Shukufuku no Campanella.

For the future reference, if there are two or more torrents of the same thing on sukebei that look dead or barely alive, always download the one with the most "Completed" stat (you should start all of them anyway, but the most completed is the most likely to finish downloading).
