You have to put 五一三二 instead of 4522. ごいちさんに is 五一三二.
四五二二 is just example and that is not a question.
Anyway, every time you put the wrong Kanji of numbers, the numbers will be changed.

P.S: Does anyone know H code for this game?

Like before, rename the exe to game.exe and use /HSN-8@48A57:game.exe since ITH might not handle japanese in the H-code. Also remember to increase the game's message speed and/or ITH's split time.

EDIT 1: Figured it out.


EDIT 2: Used this as a guide to translate numbers http://www.guidetojapanese.org/learn/grammar/numbers

EDIT 3: Here is a picture highlighting of what you need to translate http://i.imgur.com/5paoHlL.png
so the highlighted part would be 8359 in western. You need to convert that to Hiragana so 八三五九 is what you have to input. Hope this helps
