The DLC has nothing to do with the main story's ending. It's just a couple of "what if..." short stories.

Just add the following in front of that hash-like string (the one just in front of that "提取码" phrase) and then paste the whole thing to the URL bar of your browser:

The four-character string is the password to the download (after the above-mentioned page is loaded).

Thanks for trying to help, the problem was (and still is) the creation of Baidu account without Chinese mobile number, not in the downloading itself. Ended up shoving both the file ID and the password into pan.baiduwp.com (which JDownloader2 uses to get files from Baidu without the need to make aforementioned account) and letting it take care of that shit.
The DLC looks legit but I didn't test it. VirusTotal says it's clean (2/70 from some noname AVs).
