We have been sitting in this trail for so long that M1 has already started to decompose...
I say we get this show back on the road.

"I would like to start this trail off saying that M1 was not killed at the station but on the tracks.
There was a large pool of blood in the tunnel; not to mention there were foot prints leaving that area.
Sadly the crime scene was not kept intact before I arrived and they were too damage to tell the size of its wearer.
But this tell us a few things. One being that the killer some how convinced M1 to go there, or he was brought there against his will.
Ariya (Samye) believes that magic was involved, I find the idea a little loose myself.
But she did find something to support that theory that I think might be a calling card of sorts.
Even though I don't believe magic is a real thing, this is something we can't rule out ...
Ariya if you don't mind show us what you found. "

I don't think that is the case this time around since there were traces of blood at the station.
Not to mention it would be pretty easy to avoid getting hit by the train.
No I think there is more to this.

Also his body was never on the platform.
He was stuck to the train... for those who didn't see he was impaled and going along for the ride.

I do believe the tracks are side by side.
Other have been able to get away from the train as they were investigating.
So this leads me to believe this is not the case.

Actually, Maeve told me something interesting, though I'm trying to see if Bear noticed anything else. There was no blood on the spikes in the morning when the train first arrived, so Mikhail was not hit by the train and it may have just been set up to look as such. I do believe Chiru's blood might have been on the spikes if she had been in the tunnel. With that said, it is no longer clear who the three that found the body and triggered the investigation are. Will you please identify yourselves and comment on the situation surrounding the discovery? Chiru, you also said that you witnessed the death. Can you expand on that comment?

As for my clue, *shows image of crystallized blood to everyone* This was found in Mikhail's body and has been identified to belong to either Sin or Tane. It was probably created from a power which may or may not have been magic. Since Sin was asleep for half the day, that leaves Tane to explain what this is and how it ended up where Mikhail's missing stomach was.

Really, it would be helpful if everyone present gave a summary of what they had been doing for the last two phases before the death.

As Ariya finished speaking and was watching around the trial arena looking at everyone's faces (skipping Sin and making Tane glare at her for some reason), it seems that Chiru has finally mastered up her courage and raised her voice: "No, you... After getting a rough description I personally believe there are too many variables to it. So I think there could still could be more culprits.
