Most of us investigated the crime scene and Chiru was a prime suspect since she was covered in blood. (This was mentioned when the body was found)
Not to mention she has never provided a reason for it.

So what you must be asking yourself now is what can you bring to the table?
Well a second pair of eyes, we have a bunch of the pieces, but not the full picture.
You might see something we don't from just our descriptions.
Not to mention if there is a way to rule you out then that still helps.

I was in the bath when it happened. Ended up in Miharu's room as we're neighbours and I was dizzy from the heat, saw nothing out of the ordinary.

Mikhail was found dead on the tracks in the way that you Monoowl Files should have revealed to you. He was at the exit of the tunnel for the train coming to school. The train has spikes in front and they were covered with blood. There was a chance that Mikhail was run over, but Maeve said the spikes were not bloody when the train first arrived, so that eliminates the possibility. It may have been that someone pushed Mikhail into the spikes after everyone else had left the station. There was a trail of blood on the station platform which someone had tried to wipe away and the trail leads from approximately the front of the train to the tunnel exit where Mikhail's body was deposited. There was four puddles of blood within the station. Two under the train spikes on both sides of the rail, one where Mikhail's body was left, and one large puddle about steps into the tunnel. Now, Satori may have more to add along with whoever else was present.

Sin takes deep breath and sigh as he continues. "Odds are this was premeditated rather than a heat of the moment crime since the train run on a schedule. Either way you look at both the victim and killer had to be there during that time to at least provide the spike wounds. The controls to the train can't be reached so the killer had to work on a time frame. The next things are the wounds from the spike favoring one side and the missing hand. Personally I find it funny that the Chiru bunny is missing an ear and the victim is missing a hand... But that's neither here nor there.

" Ariya, even if he was pushed there would have been more of a splatter of blood on the train and on the staition if that was true, i dont recall of such a thing so i dont believe Mikhail was pushed. I also believe that if someone tried to clean up the mess as you said then they would have risked getting blood on themselves therefore they would have to leave and clean themself up and change clothing as well. Sin when i found Chiru there wasnt any blood on the ground and when i came back through the same tunnel i run into the pool of blood. While i dont expect you to cross her off as a suspect, the chances are the crime might have happened shortly after i found her"

Hmm... I guess she is one of the more suspicious now though I wonder if she would have been able to... I do believe fear could confirm her innocence since he found her in the tunnel and carried her to the infirmary. This coincided with the time that Bear and Maeve were checking the spikes in front of the train and since there was no blood in front at that point (still waiting to see if Bear had seen anything in case he looked closer), she wouldnt have been able to commit the murder. When did you see her watching tv though?

If we are to believe everything that has been stated above as truth, then the time frame of the murder is within the hour between when the train arrived at the station and then left again into the forbidden area. I wonder if Daichi, Maeve, and Bear could possible have noticed someone else come by considering how they were at the station when Koshka left.

Pushed was just an example of what could have gotten Mikhail on the spikes. (sova an image of the train would really help here =w= ) There was also at least two people who claimed to have taken a bath or shower this phase.
