Sorry for the late reply, but I just finished downloading this little masterpiece and I can't seem to be able to run it. I install it with applocale and when it starts it gives error about wav files, the intro begins but when I press enter the screen frezes forever.

Isn't there any trick to run it under Windows XP SP3?.

IIRC, the only way to run it is virtualbox. Or wait, install k-lite and check ffdshow audio, what settings set to a wav ?

えええ？！？残念。。。

I think virtualbox will be the only solution, since k-lite is a real mess of plugins which I don't want to use. I prefer standalone solutions like VLC.

I will prepare a machine with Windows 2000 and let's hope it works.

Cool I got it working on an old Pentium 4 laptop with Windows XP, but the english patch mess things up. It is incomplete or something because some texts are blank, even in battles. When I run the original japanese executable it works correctly. So pity nobody made a decent english translation from this game in 16 years.

I will try to play it in japanese, since I can understand some, but I guess for some parts I will have to swap to english just for reading the scene and change it again to japanese.

check hongfire for a newest patch. One what in here might be outdated.
