Are you running windows under Japanese regional settings?

The game can't find the right music file, and usually that's because when you unzipped the archive, the filenames got messed up.

Another reason is maybe the archive is corrupt. Just have a look in audio/bgm and see if those files look garbled or if they're proper Japanese.
