and i think the problem is that some pics are named like that Ó‚߃{ƒ^ƒ“01
but the prog searches for pics writen in japanese or something

Something appears to be wrong with how the game was packed, as the names for multiple files are showing up as odd symbols even when running 7zip in a Japanese OS environment.

make txt, save as ansi, open with shift_JIS, rename files with proper naming

how can i open a data with an encoding ?

I created a .txt
renamed it to .ansi
opend it with notepad++
write the actual filename in
use encode with Shift-Jis
... nothing useful
