it is something like aplocalebut simple better. I been using it for few games, tinkerbell to be more specific. Since TB engine do not correctly display all jp text even on OS what has japanese locale and on japanese (not originaly tho) so this tool helps with it.

x64 basically mena it is for 64bit OS w
Or simple google ntleas
I downloaded it from here:
https://ntlea.codeplex.com/releases/view/614962
Would that happen to be okay?
Edit:
Tried opening it with NTLEA and it just won't start.
It does indeed appear as a Task Manager's process but doesn't show up anything at all, even trying to change its compatibility details or whatever else.
Would you mind telling me how do you personally make it work?
It just seems unreal, having also not been able to make some other h-games start in years as well.
Some of them, along with this one we're discussing, are:
Guglielmo's "
ドS姉とドS妹"
(Doesn't start at all, appearing instead as a process for a few seconds, just like the others).
愛する息子の躾け方 ~ママ達の男の子M化教育~
(Runtime Error. Doesn't seem to start if I use Ntleas, even though Siglus Engine appears as a Task Manager's process for just a few seconds).
And much more which I don't really seem to currently find, always behaving the same way each other after being either fixed by cracking or either opened with AppLoc along with Ntleas.
Am I really hopeless?
