many people are stuck at 99.8%... isnt this the infamous anime-sharing torrent bug? im not sure, but girlcelly said that upping the torrent to sukebei.nyaa.eu would fix it for some reason...

ok here is what i did, i have been able to complete the download, but im not sure if it's working. (i have extracted the game tho, will try later...)

here's what i did. i dl'ed the torrent file of another site(attached here). run the torrent, let it dl for a few minutes, the peeps here have 97.5%. then copy the 99.8% stuck file to this torrent, let the program force check, then resume. u now have 99.8% file, let the dl finish then you can extract the game.
