The patch isn't complete 100%. When I'm playing Ran Route, there's crashing on middle of scenario with Kuon.

They had to stop the translation work midway because Jast announced that they would localise it, so as I said - it's buggy and not completely QC'd. That bug you encountered on Ran's route is indeed one of the known ones, though in my case it was a freeze rather than crash.

I'm sorry but I seem to have difficulty installing this. Is there a tutorial or guide I can refer to, to install the game + Patch?

First Step

reConfig the display language for this japanese game and so on like above pic, it's non-unicode
It's in Control Panel

Second step

- Mount image file into Virtual CD drive, open that virtual drive. Run the setup file to install this visual novel. It'll copy files to your hdd
- Or in other way, u do not have to run setup file as above, just need to copy the folder named osana to anywhere u want.

Third Step
After you are done with the above steps, go into game folder, run osana.exe file to start playing game.
If u want to use the English patch, extract it then put the Patch.xp3 file into game folder then reopen the game. All text will be become to English
