Made sure antivirus was shut down before installing and applying any patches.

-Japanese Locale
-Installed into a directory without any Kanji in name
-Applied kami_ap01.exe
-Applied kami_ap02.exe
-Applied kami_200.exe

Directory name does not have any kanji in name.
Attempted to run the English patcher from the game directory and from desktop.
-Both cases end with the Software not found message

Windows Vista 64

Game runs fine, but cannot get the English patcher to find the game. :(

--Managed to get it to work!
Posting what I did in hopes it helps someone else.

I ran ap01 and ap02 again to uninstall them, then used the 200 file.
A whole bunch of files appeared in the installed directory.
Then I ran the ap01 and ap02.
Copied the patcher into the directory with the executable and it ran instantly without searching!

Strange part is I let the installer make a kanji directory and all the patches worked without renaming anything.

You need to have the skills Dive or Flight to be able to cross the waters. There is a accessory that gives you the dive skill, or you can use Suina (the water girl) if you have her.

Game crashes when New Game is clicked.
readme.txt says "Fonts the game uses are not correctly installed or configured. Applocale does not install the fonts that the game requires."

Well, why don't you try changing your system language to japanese? Applocale often doesn't work with big games.
