In case anyone still need it, i was f`king with the install for a while and after trying a sh`t ton of cracks and installs something worked. I wanted to stop since it works but my inner scientist told me to find out the exact sequence for installation. Here`s the Shortest one that worked for me( also aside from the patches in this topic you may need WIN8WOH from this site http://resemblances.click3.org/?p=1406 Just translate it into English with google, or go to this link for direct download thou i don`t know if it will work directly http://wordpress.click3.org/garakuta/Win8WOH.zip )
Once you have the WIN8WOH.zip and the game and the patches( i used only one but download all of them just in case) this is what worked for me
1-Instal the game
2-Run Koikishi.exe once
3-Copy Version.dll From WIN8WOH.zip into the game directory( Where the koikishi.exe is)
4-Copy contents of NoActi Patch into Plugins directory( this is the one that worked for me, I forgot to try the others but if this one does not work for you try the other 2, but regardless of which one you use koikishi.tpm from the first one[the 97 kb one] must be replaced in the plugins folder)
5-Run Through Koikishi.exe ( DON`T RUN THROUGH THE DESKTOP SHORTCUT, DELETE IT AND CREATE A NEW ONE DIRECTLY FROM KOIKISHI.EXE IF YOU NEED IT)

So, after about an hour of frustration trying to make this game work, I discovered that this DOES NOT work with Windows 8 x64. It's not the cracks fault, it's just the damn game refusing to work on Windows 8. Because the company blocks all foreign IPs, it made discovering this simple fact much more difficult.

But it turns out the company released a patch for Windows 8 and a deactivation patch to go along with it. After finally finding a free working Japanese proxy, I managed to nab both files from their website. So install the game, apply the Win8 patch first, the deactiv one next, and you're good to go. Enjoy the game and avoid the suffering I experienced.

it works for me like you said. it looks like we only need to copy the patch file only into the plugin folder. and do not copy the tpm file which also inside the patch folder :)

To sum up the dev tried to use crappy drm but it lead to win8 issues so they released 2 patches to remove it altogether. Any future visitor just download 2 official patches posted by darkwarrior no need for cracking reinstalling confusion.
