Um...It seem this game is protected by AlphaROM so I think No Region Loader may work, report to me if it is not, I am also looking for working Patch though :)

The No Region Loaders didn't seem to work. I used つ (NoDVD NoActi EXE) AlphaROM or AlphaActivation Themida型汎用 rev2.rar to get past the first check and the game program screen started then I get the error that asks me to insert disk (with a note that this is not a protection check) but can't find my mounted image. I'll try the non-dummy cut version and report results.

I was able to get the game to work using the full version (not the dummy cut). You can find the crack I used around the forum with a quick search. Also note it has a region check which I simply cleared by putting all my settings in my computer (clock, location, system locale, etc) to Japan

Here's the crack, take the _foo.exe file and move it to your install folder and rename it the same as the game exe file with an _ in front of it (i.e. _SiglusEngine.exe). Remember to set your clocks/location/etc to Japan.

For anyone getting the This is a Japan Only Game tag, here's the stuff I have to change to japan: Time Zone, Location, System Locale, Format, Display Language (most of them in Region and Language). I don't know if all of them are needed except for the Time Zone which I definitely think is needed from past experience.

load some japanese langauge pack for Win7 64bit and install it then change display langauge(you can change in control panel) to 日本語(japanese) like TheBlackDream said

I'm not really sure if I can help or not, but I got the game running.

I had the same problem with 'Game is only for Japan'.

What I did...

1) Set almost everything to Japanese. (Format, Location, Display Language, System Locale, Time Zone) Those are the only things I changed.

2) Used everything in the Crack. (changing _foo.exe to _SiglusEngine.exe) (running alsignup_101029.exe)

3) Left the iso running in DVD-rom emulator or whatever you mount it with even after installation.

The 'Game is only for Japan' disappeared after I set my system to Japanese. However another error arose. I think it had to do with the 'original disc' (It's all in Japanese text, but I guessed. >.< ). So, I mounted the Original Disc not the Dummy.

Later, after mounting the disc again, I right-clicked on the _SiglusEngine.exe to Run as Administrator (just in case, I'm not sure it's that important). Voila! It worked.

So, I guess leaving the iso running might be the key. -_-

If not there's another site that might be easier for you to understand that uses LSE_PREV.exe as its solution. You can google it. Hope I helped.

Thanks anyway but even this process wouldn't get it past the only in Japan screen... sad to say. Guess I'll have to hope someone creates a completely cracked version of the game exe...

Perhaps a different OS may work like XP or Vista if you already have Windows 7 that is.

As I've found, I'm not the only one with this problem... thanks for the help though. Apparently a lot of people using Vista or 7 are having trouble with this game. Even when all the settings are put to Japanese and the noregionloader is used, they (and I) can't get past that screen... Since I've reinstalled the game several times and updated everything, I just can't find a reason for why this won't work. Incidentally, this only seems to occur for those who ended up having to use the _foo.exe method because the alsignup didn't work. Dunno why... and I'm almost beyond caring.

Edit: I'm guessing that it has something to do with using the noregionloader to start the game through the _SiglusEngine.exe rather than applying the noregionloader directly... but I can't be certain. The fact that it works that way for some people and not for others is extremely frustrating though...

Hello,

My config is Win 7 SP1 x64 and I found the following method to work for the DC version:

1. Install game as you would normally
   
2. Install LocaleEmulator from https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator/releases. Any version should do.
   
3. Download Azure(kdays) cracker for Siglus View attachment Patcher-Build20121001.zip and extract to gamedir
4. Run the program and drag and drop SiglusEngine.exe into the window -- you should obtain an extra "SiglusEngine.exe.bak" backup copy after that
5. To launch the game, right-click "SiglusEngine.exe", in the context menu select "Locale Emulator ▶ " then your JP profile

I don't remember the specifics about LocaleEmulator, but your JP profile needs to use ja_JP and timezone (UTC+9) Osaka etc.
You don't need a region loader this way, nor alsignup_*
