You're gonna have to switch to Japanese display in Win7 Ultimate if you want to actually read the script. It's probably a missing font but I'm not sure which

Still having problem in displaying the proper text ..... after using admin right i can install NTLEA .92 to work but the game refuses to launch with it =-=;;;;;

Nevermind the missing font comment, I forgot you can change it in settings and still get gibberish. The problem seems to be that it's relying on font characteristics that are only in JP Windows. One fix is to switch display language, this is a feature only in Windows 7 Ultimate. I don't know about NTLEA and all that stuff.

Control panel - Region and Language - Keyboards and Languages - Display language
or
Control panel - Clock, Language, and Region - Change display language

Install Japanese language pack and reboot, then enjoy the game.

This works, requires a relog, but then everything is displayed in jap :@ the dam thing cant be applied in the moment. I was hoping microsoft IME would do the trick.

Using win7 but not ultimate, interesting thing: when i change my settings for unicode programs to japanese, i get jibberish text, but when i clean the screen with RMB, then i press LMB to bring back the frame and voila: the text is displayed correctly and ITH's TinkerBell2 thread gets updated with the right one, so TA can translate it without a problem.

It is not a perfect solution, but a time consuming working one.

In non-ultimate version use vistalizator in win7 compatibility mode to install and change to another laguage, when it fail use the alternate method and the language will be installed even after showing same errors; but before doing that, uninstall kb971033, set winupdate in manual and block it (choose to hide that update with right-click) when you choose manually the updates to install.
Explanation: at shitsoft weren't happy when discovered that they where selling notebooks coming for other cotries where the local language was forced manually on a non Ultimate os; so they implemented the language check in kb971033 that invalidate regular license but don't harm cracked oses, sic.
