still moonspeak for me even at large resolutions :/
edit: oddly enough, it seems only the dialogue text is in moonspeak,and also it gives me errors as i progress to the point where the character sprites themselves don't appear. config menus and everything else are in proper japanese.

Try finding NTLEA version 0.92 online. The 0.86 and 0.87 version does not seem to work well with Windows 7 and especially 64bit versions of it. After I upgraded to 0.92, it works flawlessly.
