Wiki or the FAQs doesn't say anything about this problem.
 
I had solved it by installing the game while my system's non unicode language was in Japanese, after the installation just use applocale to run the game.
 
Thanks I managed to install and play it. Went straight to Free Mode (got the save patch from HongFire) and I can't figure out how to enter H mode. You can only do the touching.
