The production company that made this OVA is the same as for Imouto Paradise, which is why you can spot the similarity. In addition, they are both based off VNs. However, the companies that made the games are different (Zettai was made by Softhouse Seal Grandee, whereas Imouto was made by Moonstone Cherry, if I recall correctly). Both games were full of H scenes, so it should be a similar experience.
