3. Reward officer with $
4. Purchase firearms
5. ?
6. Cultivation - more rations
7. Increase revenue - more $
8. Immediate tax collection - definitely has side effect(s)
9. Move officer to select destination
10. ?
11. Alliance with another country
12. ?
13. Meet/Chat with an officer
14. Battle commands
15. Tactics
16. Cajole/persuade an officer from another country(?)

Just add your sengokuhime4 folder in antivirus exclusions. For some reason it says exe is infected

It can start, if free software is removed, although a file is detected by the free software of the measure against a virus.
Is it OK although it is uneasy?

1 possibility i can think of for UPDATE.TMP error - do not run the game with the desktop.exe created when u install the game. Install the game and use the noDVD patch , crack isn't needed , run the game using the .exe in the game folder.
