Hi there, I just checked your save file, but after loading it, it goes to the scene not after the OP movie, but before the OP movie. Do you have any save file after the opening movie? I don’t mind if it is several lines after the OP or switching to another scene or the next scene right before the next optional choice. Below is some of the dialogue that popped up in that scene which I loaded from your file, that was before the OP movie:
Yeah, I just checked when I removed and put in the game saves. Try this one instead. Sorry about that. Should be after that dialogue. Just noticed that it took the quick save in consideration in the end of the game save table.

Should be the correct one. Just checked it by taking the files in and out of the folder.
Thanks a lot for your time so far and posting your results. I haven't managed to get past that error either. I'm wondering if you've managed to find a solution yet?
Actually I haven't as to date. I'm still trying to figure out what is different from normally installed computer to a Japanese Computer OS environment. The only thing I believe would be different would most likely be the way the system operates top to middle level. Not the base operations since it would make no sense on why you can install it in Japanese OS with any OS based systems.
As to date:
- Even after installing in Pure Japanese OS system setup (This includes all settings in Japanese. Location, Display and Regional Settings). It still did not go through. I'm sure I've missed something.
- No Region Loader does not work on it
- Made sure Net Framework 3.5, Visual Studio Premium 2012, Visual C++ 2008/2010 was install and updated. Still no progress. (Working on potential updates missed)
- Video Card is already up to date.
- Going to find a visualization program to see hoodwinking the program will work. I still think is something about reading the script error is attached to unable to read is successfully may be related to lack of languages or program stopping it reading it.
- Tried NTLEA 0.92 and definitely it is a script error (which was obvious but noticed that is had Japanese in that script. Wondering if I missed something other than set everything on the system to Japaense.)
- Going to test something else.
EDIT: I had a look at the first page post about the way the Game checks the system as a stopper on working. It actually more true than I think and probably many other realize this. Practically all system settings in the Regional Settings must be in Japanese format, location and system-wise in order to pass the check. I'll put up a screen shot of what I meant in by New Years.
Edit 2: After few more testing it actually uses a more simple system check than I realized. I feel like an idiot now but hopefully this teaches me a lesson on basic troubleshooting.
Just go to 'Region and Language.' Then go to 'Formats' tab and Set the 'Format' to 'Japanese (Japan).' This should change your date and time settings for your computer for Short/Long Dates and Short/Long Time.
Once you're done, make sure you also have 'Administrative' tab for 'Current language for non-Unicode Programs' in Japanese (Japan). This to allow programs made for Japan work under your system.
The moment you execute the game, a .msi setup should pop up instead of the game installing something. Leave it alone as that what was checking your game and preventing it from progressing. When you get to the scene where you train your character to touch a girl, it should continue on as normal.
Hope it helps. (Normally my Computer is on Japanese (Japan) for Unicode Programs since I'm always using something in Japanese. Just not my Time and Date settings. No one in my family can read or understand Japanese.)
For those who are having trouble getting pass the OP Movie
Since I can normally play all movies, there a few things you want to do to ensure it will work as intended since a lot of games and programs take the same scripting approach to work. This is a guide to help you get through future games and programs as well.
- Install latest Video Card updates (that's a given)
- Install Net Framework 3.5/4.5 (Tend to be more for Online games but I installed it for other programs that utilizes it for one reason or another)
- Visual C++ 2005/2008/2010 redistribute (Most Visual Novels are reliant on it. And the first to second page of this thread posters actually mentions is)
- Video Codecs (I recommend K Lite Codec Pack Full. This is bias but it install almost all codecs you need for most video files out there. Except Real Media files which I am sure you can get the basic package to cover it.)
- Update your Direct X (You may as well install any Direct X that comes with any games. You'll be surprised that some games still uses Direct X 9.0c instead of Direct X 10/11/12 for different reasons)
If all else fails, then I guess you should start a thread or post on the relevant game thread for help and technical support. Hope this post overall has helped.
