I didn't have the time to play any eroge since Feb (probably through June), can't answer it.

However I did rip the CG out of this particular game and I see some Chikage ero scene, so I assume it could be played/unlocked one way or another.

After finishing at least one normal route an extra route is available in the scene recollection menu'; play it and another extra will be unlocked; again play the new unlocked to unlock another, etc...
