still no response no luck on guessing the file name ,everything i had in mind did not work.

FINALLY!!!! Someone has shared the new patch:
http://www.vivahentai4u.net/archives/10798.html (contains a number of non-torrent download sites; the setup file is rar'ed with the file name "bakamoe_dream.rar")

P.S. "dream", huh? They really make sure the file name can't be guessed successfully so easily ...

P.S. (2) The new "patch" is also run as a standalone game (don't install it over the game folder of the original game).

Go to Control Panel --> Regional and language options. In the Formats tab's "Format" drop down menu, change it from whatever to Japanese.

P.S. All recent games from WillPlus (ensemble, PULLTOP, PULLTOP Latte (which will have a game to be released this Friday), Praline, etc.) need to do this setting.

An update to the status related to the official mirrors:

Although the download period for the first patch and the OP+ED pack is officially over, the links from the official mirrors are still alive. But I dunno how long the files will stay there (maybe they just don't have the time to remove them due to weekend), so anyone who wish to download directly from them should do that ASAP.

Update - the download period for the second patch is also officially over, but again the links from the official mirrors are still valid (In fact, all of the three DLCs can still be downloaded via those mirrors).
