No, because the only major choice is to select which heroine's route to play at the very beginning...

What's the Normal/Hard selection for on the options screen? The one for both heroines. My kanji reading is below usable level yet.

They are settings for the facial expressions for specific event scenes (as claimed by the description when hovering the mouse over that "?" on the left hand side)

P.S. As for which scenes, I really have no ideas...

Those are probably referring to H-scenes. Although I don't get the meaning, selecting if they show normal facial expressions or "hard" facial expressions... It might be referring to ahegao, hmm.

it's the option to change facial expression in 3rd and 4th H-Scene (both Noel and Ayako scene)
you can try switching to normal/hard on the climax

can't wait for their future release
they still got more (5) to cover : suiria, mio, risa, berth, and akane
