Weird, I downloaded the sagaoz japanese save. Everything is unlocked but only the CG/music/ending is viewable, the scenes can't be clicked even though they're all there and unlocked.

That's why this is the decensored censored version. For those who don't like scat, they don't need to apply the restoration patch so you can enjoy the without that element.

for some reason i'm getting this error while loading the setup.2 disk file 'setup can not open the following archive file(you may have inserted the wrong disk)
any idea what's causing it?

I am getting a problem though.
Whenever I go try to install, I click the set-up.exe and it sits there thinking for a full minute then an error message pops-up: Launchtime Error, Unable to open archive file.

make sure PC is set to japanese settings.
