You need your computer set on japanese locale or use applocale.

If that fails then try running clicking on the bishop.exe.

where can I get this exe. or do I have to dl another game entirely to get the exe. ?

The icon that resembles a chess piece wich is why the company is called BISHOP (Name of said chess piece).

Dunno what your problem was, i installed the game on my C drive and works just fine. Well enjoy the game.
