7 hours to 100% complete all routes is lame for 9000 Yen games. In the past TinkerBell games are way longer. Do you skip all text or sth?

i've used NTLEAS ,no NTLEA, and everything works fine.

If you mind me asking, are you using NTLEAS with the shell extension or not?

I find that NTLEAS, while very neat, really doesn't work properly with a lot of my other games, plus I need to switch non-Unicode to Japanese so I needed to keep Locale-Emulator. It's kind of annoying to have two shell extensions, but I wonder how to get the game running through just the executable instead (since I really only have one game that needs it).

(running win7 x64) the only way i could install this was to set non-unicode to japanese and running setup.exe directly (no locale emulators).

after installation, the game runs fine by:

keeping non-unicode still set to japanese, and running the game directly (no locale emulators).

- or -

having non-unicode not set to japanese, and running the game with locale-emulator 2.1.0.0 (ntleas still crashes game, applocale still crashes game).

Has anybody encounter a problem with the Narumi route? After making the 4th choice (話をあわせる) at some point, the screen goes black as in a change of background and a song starts to play but the screen doesn't change from black. If I click on it, the song stops and I can't do anything apart from closing the window. Do I have to wait until the song stops or something? Any help is welcome. Thanks!!!

Hmmm... What do you use Windows version? I use Windows7 64bit(EN).
I guess that there's suitable reason, some people's system does work with Locale Emulator, but others doesn't.

For Windows 8.1, I had to use NTLEAS + Japanese Unicode. Same for the previous game in the series.

Sorry for the resurrection--I got this working in Windows 10 without crashing, but it's a little annoying: Locale-Emulator will start it up, but the text will be random nonsense--you need to start Japanese unicode (a mild inconvenience) to get it to show up properly.

I haven't gotten any other tool to do the job. Anyone have better luck?

Make sure you have the latest version of LE, then, right click the game exe, and go to Locale Emulator > Modify Application Profile. In the screen that comes up, check the box that says Fake System UI Language. Hit save. That'll fix the garbled text problem. This works for all Tinkerbell games and any other game that uses that engine.

You're a gentleman and a scholar, sir. That did it perfectly (ignoring the slight pause to start up the game). I was wondering what that was, and best of all, I can just replace the old NTLEAS shortcut with this new one.

Again, thanks! This would've been a great shortcut really on any OS (assuming you didn't set your unicode to Japanese by default).
