I always get an error

Any ideas on how to fix this? I already set my region to japan and language and tried to run it as admin, and it's still the same? Maybe there's some missing files? and btw I downloaded the game through "uploadable"

Sorry I'm a bit noob about these errors especially for DOUJIN3ARIES games, they're kind of complicated to play.

I think you havent change system locale to Japanese. I also got the same error if i dont change it.
