I think thats the massage, that you have to have the Second Disc mounted for the first start up.

After it asked to select the file, there on the right bottom, you'll see which type of file to select. Simply choose executable file.

i used the cracker, and also the AlphROM and no joy i have location set on Japan, format on japan time and date on Japan, do i need to change the language of everytgihng to japan to get this one game to run? it is very stubborn.

You need not only to use the crack but you also need to have mounted the second DVD (may also work with the first) then when the screen say only for japan just select cancel and you'll be able to keep playing normally.
