^ Yet again with this company : put EVERYTHING you can think of in japanese (time/date/timezone/language/currency/locale/keyboard/etc). Only way I know to bypass the crash.

OK. I fixed it now that I changed all my settings to japanese. The problem now is, that when I double click on the Start.exe nothing happens, even if I run it as an administrator.

Have you changed everything
From Format, location and administrative to Japanese

Install the latest version of Locale Emulator from here: https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator/releases

With this you can run these games without having to change a single regional setting anymore.

Just unzip the contents to a folder on your hard drive. Run LEInstaller, hit install/upgrade. Then run LEGUI once and close it. Close the folder, and from there on out, any game you want to play, right click the .exe, find Locale Emulator in the context menu, highlight it then select Run in Japanese.
