Ugh i am having quite some difficulty getting this game to install. I have had various errors, most of which involve missing files. Is there a set-up guide for games like this anywhere on the site? I'm honestly not sure if the problem is on my side or with the download. I am inclined to believe it's me and my lack of understanding for this sort of thing, but any help would be appreciated.

Go to your documents folder and there should be a new folder there once you booted the game at least once. Then paste the global.sav into that new folder then reboot the game again.

It might be a bit late but maybe somebody will read this. A couple things I learned about this game and getting it running. If you are trying to run the crack and it gives an error that a debugger was detected, you need to turn off anti-virus. Second thing is getting it running properly in VNR. I noticed you have to start VNR, then start the game and proceed to the main menu. Once you are on the main menu, use the add game wizard to add the game. This will allow you full access to all the text threads. Every time you restart the game you will need to go through this process or it will default to embedded. At least, that was the case for me.
