This one has the h-scenes in it as far as I know, thus also the evil route. Other than that, it's exactly the same gameplay-wise. I think it adds also touch panel support and win 8 + 10 compatibility. The main appeal - if you are a fan of the Eternal Sword universe - is the bonus material you get with a regular purchase of it. Like a book about the world setting, a new setting book for the remake Shinyaku Eien no Aselia (not yet released), and drama cds.
