The save should show all H-scenes. If there's a specific reason you want to see all the CG I'm sure there's some CG rips you can find on google just search for タンテイセブン CG or something like that.

If that doesn't work for you, you can download patch 1.51 and seeing if that shows 100% CG - https://digitalcute.com/download-package/d7update/

If even that doesn't work you can try unlocking all the CG yourself using a walkthrough - http://seiya-saiga.com/game/digitalcute/detective7.html

I don't have the game installed anymore so I can't test these things out for you unfortunately. Good Luck
