I had the same problem, i had try to use locale emulator, change lang, change location, change system locate. But I just hit cancel and hit it again i was able to play. lol

You clearly need to use the regional japanese configuration unicode (don't worry it won't change the language of yur computer) or some program that made your programs works as they were in that configuration. Most visual novels, specially the ones in japanese or fans translated, need it.

When you had managed to install the game when you start it anothers windows will come saying the game is for japan only, just click twice in cancel in order to play the game normaly.

The girls in my game doesn't have "voice" I've got BGM and other sounds but just not the voice.... Am I the only one?

Edit: I found out the "Koe" file is at disc 2 but how am I suppose to get it to work?
