Are you on Windows 10? Ever since one of the major updates, I think it was the second one, the Creator's Update, this has been a problem with all 平安亭 games. I don't know if its directly the OS or maybe a graphics driver issue (I'm on an AMD card), but whatever it is, for me every title except the really early ones like 高慢な奥さんは好きですか？lag like this. The only thing you can really do is grin and bear it if possible, as I do find that the longer the game is running, the better the performance becomes, if never completely smooth. Only other option would be to play them in a VM on a different OS.

Yeah.... :/ I reinstalled Windows 10 in the last couple of months.. Unfortunately seems like you are right, nothing we can currently do except bear it. Would be nice if we could roll back but that won't happen.
I am a little sad tho, since they do have imo one of the best games. Thanks anyways.

Good news, the upcoming update to Windows 10, which will probably be released publicly next month, or perhaps even at the end of September, fixes this issue, whatever the heck it was that caused it in the first place. No more lag.

If that's the case then it most certainly is a buy for me. I love their games of the vanilla/Netori type (have no taste for Netorare fortunately), but Windows 10 really broke their previous games to the point I can't even Attach ITH, ITHVNR, and VNR to them anymore. If anybody knows of a fix do tell me.

Also, not really related to topic, does anybody here have the LATEST ITH fixed for Windows 10? Or at least point me to the most specific and latest one that works for Win10 (64-bit here). I have an issue with mine where it won't attach to any game at all so I moved to ITHVNR and VNR recently.

I can't recall what version my ITH is but it's "ITH-fix.exe" on my folder and says

This is the latest update I can find. Its still behind a version, but if one happens to still be on the Fall Creators Update (the one released last October), it would work. It won't work with the most current version though.

Dl'd it but I probably won't use it for now. Windows vehemently treats it as a virus the moment I download it (probably because it's a user-made program as usual). I do think that's the same files I already have though, hmm...

I just updated to the new version of windws 10 1809 and already try the games of heiantei that did not work with the previous versions of windows 10 and I can confirm that they can be played without any problem :D
