I dunno if I get your cmt but if u mean play game without installing then:
Install the game - copy the folder ( 姉姉Ｗ催眠２), so now u have 2 folders 姉姉Ｗ催眠２- and then uninstall the game.
the original folder will deleted because u uninstall it but the copy folder will stay there, and now u can play without installing but need crack ' .'
