Just as freeboys40 said, those files don't exist. You don't need them.

I'm really sorry I can not help you, you should try to uninstall and reinstall the game or make an exception with the antivirus because then the antivirus does not let the game start and a window of error jumps, it has happened to me several times.

Or you can simply skip the installation altogether. Just copy the "data" folder from the iso somewhere and copy the crack there.

The final result should look like this (click to enlarge)

From there, just double-click loveonsen.exe to play the game.
