what alpha postet doeset work for me....i get the text but after some lines it starts to show everything dopple ...if i back jump to the same line it normel but after 1-2 lies its back to show it dopple X_x
at the begining it works it starts after Roka spearks

....hmm looks like i got it to work...i didt updadet the game to 1.1 xD now it works so far^^

That's why I said to use ITH 2.3
Because the "suppress repetition" in ITH 3.0 doesn't work.

If you change the font, then the H-code is useless.

Hey there, when playing this game, right before the Opening theme starts playing, i get this error. I using Windows Vista SP2, and i have updated the game to the latest version, updated the directX and video codecs related stuff, and it still won't work.

Fortunately, i can bypass the OP if i use the full save data, but this error is really bugging me, as i never had this kinda of error before....If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please do help me.

Have you updated the game to v.1.11? http://www.yuzu-soft.com/products/senren/download.html

Although the fix to movie-playing is concerning about non-supporting OSes, i.e. Vista isn't included (as it's supported).

probably missing or broken codec.

Install a codec pack, I always use http://www.cccp-project.net/

However, you may have another codec pack installed and it may cause conflict / error.

I have the 1.11 version, and use the latest cccp codec pack...i never installed any other codecs, and even doubled checked using cccp insurgent, and there's nothing else beside cccp installed. All other games and videos i have work just fine, it's just this specific game that was tripping out.

Found an solution, after a lot of time spent on messing with the engine settings inside the game folder.Selected all the settings related to the movie options, and set the options to layer and high quality instead of auto.

Maybe you have problems playing video files within the game? You may either try to modify the settings as mentioned in reply no.13 above yours, or install a codec pack if you haven't done it already (e.g. K-Lite)

Do you just unpack all of them and put them into a single folder?
I am so confused.....
