This is for the trial version and may or may not work with the full/cracked version. Also, this works with every text hooker out there.

By the way, three of them support UTF-8 natively: VNR, Textractor and Translation Aggregator (using its built-in hook method - as opposed to hooking via AGTH).
AGTH doesn't support UTF-8 per se, but it supports custom code injection via /HC codes, and that can be used to call Windows API function MultiByteToWideChar to convert UTF8 to Unicode in several lines of assembly code, so that makes it four.
ITHVNR and all versions of ITH are incapable of using UTF-8.

I'll post H-code for the cracked version if someone reuploads the crack.

Edit: UTF-8 to Unicode conversion via AGTH's /HC code, for the trial version (rename あくまで、これは~の物語 体験版.exe to korehano_trial.exe), ready to use as is:
agth.exe /NH /HCagODw0BTav9RagBo6f0AAP8VaIJsAJBqAWr/U2oAagBovBf/D/8Xw7g@1540EA:korehano_trial.exe korehano_trial.exe
/HVNC@1540EA:korehano_trial.exe is the equivalent H-code for Textractor, to verify that AGTH indeed hooks characters in UTF-8 encoding at that address.

It's always possible to find an H-code that operates on SJIS or Unicode characters/strings even if the game's script is in UTF-8, it's just a matter of time (skill).

Just noticed the links, thanks for the reupload. The H-code posted above for the trial version works with the full/cracked version, except that the file name is different, i.e. /HWN-4@15449C:korehano.exe or /HWN-4@15449C:korehano_.exe
/HWN-4@55449C should work too.
