Try to clear the game's save state files by moving the following folder to another location (do NOT delete it if this method doesn't work and you want to restore the original save states):

C:\Users\(UserName)\Documents\GIGA\loveclear\

If this still doesn't work, then I really have no ideas :(

Windows 10x64 here - same problem. Freezing to death with cracked AuthTool. It actually loaded properly once, in between of dozens of tries. Yet on the next boot, it did freeze again.

Yeah that one's supposed to be used in/up to Win 7... forgotten if there's another version for Win 10 here (you may have to comb through all 戯画's threads posted by girlcelly, including their reply posts for that).

ok do getting rid of the save files got the extra episodes to clear so ill probably have to do everything all over again but i guess thats ok

Looks like you're using Win10? Anyways:
- For starting up the game, download the latest version of AlphaROMdiE from here: https://azure.kdays.cn/onekeyunlock/
- For unlocking extra episodes, download the file mentioned in Reply No.14.
