Yeah, they probably believed it wasn't worth to delay the release date just to wait for those couple of H scenes, and went straight to master-up & release the game as scheduled.

You may try to manually apply the updated files:
1. After extracting everything inside the zipped patch file to a certain location, go to the "appdata" sub-folder of the unzipped patch folder
2. Compare the file/folder structure of that "appdata" sub-folder with the one you've installed the game (e.g. Since the "appdata" sub-folder contains a "GameData" sub-folder, you should go to a location within the game's folder that the "GameData" sub-folder also exists).
3. Copy and replace everything from the "appdata" sub-folder to the location of the game's folder that carries the same file/folder structure
