edit: I can get it to launch but I cant get the patcher to work. It doesn't seem to do anything once I locate the directory and click update.

Also is there an english patch for this? I've been using one of those phone apps that'll translate whatever when you take a picture and its really slow. Is there a desktop alternative, at this point?

Don't use the patcher, just manually copy the files from the appdata folder of where you extracted the patcher to the place where you have the game.

Also there is no english patch for this and if it ever starts existing it will occur after a few months / years from now on. You can use ITH / VNR / Textractor to machine translate the game's text it's not 100% accurate but it's better then nothing.

Although you might need to input this first: /HW-1C*0:-20@100C20:美少女万華鏡.exe
