Just putting this up here for anybody having issues with the game. Here are a few things I discovered:

1. After installation try running the game at least once before applying any crack. Backup your game exe just in case.
2. If you encounter any issues try changing the game folder's name and any folder containing that game folder into any English name. In my case, I just put the VNDB English name of the game as the folder name. (Eroit is the brand name).
3. If you are getting some sort of error when running the game (something about cannot create system file or something similar) try applying a crack and see if that works. NOTE: If you have already applied a crack first and get that error, try reverting to your original game exe first and try running that exe instead. In my case, the game seems to NOT REQUIRE A CRACK so I could run it straight after installation and changing the folders' names to English. Applying a crack actually made it not work instead.
4. Create your own shortcut of the game exe that worked for you. You can rename the shortcut anything you want.

These are just my findings so it might be different for you guys. BTW I'm running on Win10Pro x64.

Thanks a lot for your help. I didn't need the crack to run the game either. I installed the game in D:\ and run kaasan2.exe with Locale Emulator, then it works!
