That's strange, as I can run the game directly without being asked any serial.

Maybe you misunderstood the pop-up before the main window appears? It asks you if you want to run the game in full-screen or windowed mode (click the checkbox and then OK for full-screen, click OK directly for windowed).

All VNs on Pal engine use common H-code that's already built into Textractor, so either use it or take that H-code from there (/HS8@0:Pal.dll:PalFontDrawText) to whatever text hooker you're using.
